June 2007 - Sept 2015 Bell-Fruit Games - Senior Software Engineer, Nottingham UK
Worked for over 8 years at Bell-Fruit Games creating category C and B3 digital/video gambling games and well as skill based games (SWP). Games were development for machines sited in places such as pubs, clubs, betting shops and bingo halls. See the work i did at Bell-Fruit Games here.
June 2005 - June 2007 Codemasters - Experienced Programmer, Warwickshire UK
Worked in the games industry at Codemasters where i was a programmer working with lots of talented people to create some exciting games. See the work i did at Codemasters here.
Sept 2004 - Aug 2005 MSc Games Programming - Hull University, Hull UK
Studying for a Masters degree in games programming in the hope of being able to start a career in the video games industry (www.mscgames.com). I graduated with Distinction. See the coursework i did at Hull University here.

Studying part-time for a CCNA qualification to gain knowledge and experience with computer networks and related technology such as routers, switches, different protocols, security, OSI model, etc.
Nov 2000 - Aug 2004 ZoomZoom Ltd - Head Programmer, Norwich UK
Working for a start up company in a small team developing websites and online based applications for large and small businesses. June 1999 - Nov 2000 Moneyfacts Group - Analyst Programmer, Norwich UK
Developing financial based applications for the UK's leading independent financial data provider. As well as developing web-based applications and intranets, i worked in a small team of 5 on a mortgage search engine which was licensed to VirginMoney™ for £2m.

Studying for a computing science degree, in the second and third year i studied modules which had emphasis on computer graphics programming.
Sept 1994 - June 1996 BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies - Basford Hall College, Nottingham UK
Studied a good computing course which gave me a good base of knowledge in programming and other computing related topics, such as networking and hardware.

Tried my hand at an Art and Design qualification as i have always enjoyed drawing, painting and was quite good at it. I got to do a bit of computer graphics as well which was good experience.
Sept 1988 - July 1993 GCSE's - William Crane School, Nottingham UK
Went to a poor comprehensive school where i tried my best and managed to get 8 GCSE's at A-C grade (which wasn't bad considering the standard of the teaching and the calibre of the rest of the pupils). The school has since been demolished for failing to meet government targets year on year, best thing for it.

Born in Norwich, went to playschool and infants school there, then moved to Nottingham when i was 7 years old where i went to Ambleside Junior school.
